FINANCIAL POLICY

Payment

We accept cash, checks, Care Credit and all major credit cards. Our competitive fees are based on the quality of the materials we use, the qualifications of our staff, and our experience in performing specific treatments. 

For cases requiring extensive treatment, we will work with you to make the treatment you need and want as affordable as possible by designing an effective treatment plan along with an easy payment schedule. If you would like to review these financial arrangement options with one of our team members in advance of treatment, please call us 210-684-5040.

Insurance

We accept most major insurance plans. If we do not carry your particular plan, you will be required to pay our full fee at time of service, and we will be happy to submit a claim on your behalf with your insurance company. 

Our goal is to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable. If you have any questions regarding your insurance benefits, please don’t hesitate to call us at 210-684-5040 to discuss your options.

CANCELLATIONS

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly give us with at least 48 hours of advance notice by either calling our office or leaving a voicemail message at 210-684-5040. This will allow us to contact other patients waiting for an appointment and give them an chance to be seen and treated sooner. A $50 fee may be charged at our discretion for no-shows and cancellations made without sufficient notice.
